What does VePay stand for?

Before the dispatch/delivery of the product

If your order is not dispatched within 3 business days after the promised shipping date, VePay guarantees refund of the money you have paid for the product and gives you full flexibility to cancel your order till the time product is dispatched – No questions asked. 


After the dispatch/delivery of the product

  • If the order is not delivered within 10 days after the order is dispatched, VePay guarantees refund of the money you have paid for the product
  • Your payment will be held with VePay till the time product is delivered and you are completely satisfied with the product quality
  • Seller’s payment is released only when you confirm the product has been received by you in good condition
  • In case we do not hear back from you within 3 days of product delivery, we feel it would be fair to assume that you are satisfied with the product quality, size, physical condition & specification of the product, and will release the payment to the seller
  • In case you are not satisfied with the product delivered and inform VePay within 3 days of delivery, VePay will resolve your complaint end-to-end within 30 days from the day the complaint is raised. If VePay is not able to give a resolution within 30 days, VePay will automatically refund 100% of the money you had paid for the product
  • When a complaint is raised for a delivered product, the seller is paid only after the issue is resolved and you are satisfied with the resolution

In case you are not fully satisfied about the size/fit of a product, Vedeal will gladly help in the exchange of the product for another size, subject to fulfilment of following conditions:- 

  • Product(s) need to be unused, unaltered, unsoiled, original condition with their original tags including but not limited product bar code, price tag etc; and packaging intact


Exchange/Alternate Product is not given for the following:

  • In the interests of hygiene, Vedeal may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
  • Returns shall not be accepted for innerwear and lingerie due to intimate nature of products and hygiene.
  • Products that are sold as sets/combos cannot be exchanged as individual items.
  • In case the size requested is out of stock, VePay will issue Vedeal cash voucher of the same amount, using which you can order any other product from Vedeal.in
  • Please note that cancellation of a product is not possible in case automobiles – cars, two wheelers etc.
  • Returns shall not be accepted for made to order products like customized mattress & carpets, customized furniture , customized jewellery etc
  • We accept cancellation of made to order furniture orders up to 24 hours of placing the same, without any charges to you. In the event of cancellation after 24 hours, a cancellation fee of Rs.1000 will be charged and the balance amount will be refunded to you. No cancellation requests will be accepted after 4 days from the date of receipt of order for this item on Vedeal.
  • CD/DVDs are not eligible for refund, only replacement will be given in such cases.

How long does the payment settlement process takes?

After the transaction is successful, the status against that transaction is 'Money with PayUMoney' with us. Once you have successfully Ship the product to your customer (buyer), you need to change the status of order to “SHIPPED”of that transaction and upload and enter the dispatch details. Once the status of order change to “Delivered”, the customer will be sent  a notification from vedeal  and will have  3 days to raise his/her concern or to "Delivery Accepted" the order. Once the customer "Delivery Accepted" the order or if the customer doesn't respond at all within 3 days, the funds will be released. Once released, the funds will be settled the next day.

How long does the payment settlement process takes?

Everyday all the payments available for settlement for a given Merchant account are sent to the bank. The funds are transferred into the merchant's bank account same day for next day.

What if the customer receives the products / services and forgets to approve the Delivery Accepted request against any transaction ?

There may be cases when the customers forget or miss the  Delivery Accepted  request sent by us. In such cases, if we don't receive any intimation from the customers regarding a transaction within 3 days, the payment will be released after 3 days anyways.

Once the status changes from "Shipped" to "Delivery Accepted", how long does it take for the payment to reflect in my account?

All the payments to be settled in a day for any given merchant account are consolidated and sent to the bank for clearance. The funds are transferred into the merchant's bank account either the same day by the evening or the next business day.

How often will I receive my settlement?

The Settlements are done once everyday. So, if there are any payments to be settled, those will be sent to the bank and you will get the deposit into your account.
